Do I Need a Daily Multivitamin?

Multivitamins are controversial. Some people swear by them to make-up for potential nutrient deficiencies and act as a nutritional “safety net”. Others claim the pills are just a waste of money and that most people don’t have any need for them.

So, should you take a multivitamin/multi-mineral supplement each morning?
