I may have to give this combo a try I never knew baking soda was a good weight loss supplement.
I do take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day for kidney stone issues to prevent them as well as the health benefits of apple cider vinegar in general with good results.
I am definitely going to try this combo and at least see how it goes.
