@tonylee77 Thank you Tony. I've actually been having a small fruit bowl each morning and let me tell you, I've been loving it. Makes me feel healthy AF, I'm also taking my coffee without any sugary stuff.
In terms of meals, my best advice is to buy lots of fruit and pre-cut veggies to keep on-hand and throw into meals - it makes it so much easier! Personally, I'm also a big fan of smoothies/protein shakes for breakfast, which are super quick and easy to make in a blender (even if you don't have a full kitchen).
I’ve been learning to make my own salad dressings since store bought dressings are far from healthy.
If you have cut out carbs and sugars like I have, here is a recipe for an awesome Sugar free low carb dressing!
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream (Greek yogurt is not carb free nor sugar free)
1/2 squeezed lime
2 garlic wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
pepper to taste
tiny dash of salt
Mix in a cuisinart or blender_ And presto, it’s the bomb!!!
This so genius I was trying to find something to do on Dinner and suddenly this appears. I am going to do this today
